A copyholder for holding multiple sheets of paper which copyholder is fabricated of plastic including a planar frame, an arm-carrying plastic block movable along the frame edge with selective engagement at various locations effected by torque and friction. The arm is interconnected to the block through extension means to accommodate varying thicknesses of sheets and the arm is held in selected positions spaced from the planar frame through frictional and gravitational forces.
