PURPOSE:To provide a hot spray repairing material excellent in durability and workability, incorporated with a binder which is completely soluble to water and develops no blisters during a short time from water addition thereto to its adherence to the surface to be repaired and thermosetting. CONSTITUTION:In this hot spray repairing material comprising a refractory stock and a binder, the binder accounts for a total of <=10wt.% of the final repairing material, and is composed of 1.0-5.0wt.%, of a phosphate-based binder and 0.5-9.0wt.%, of a granular phosphate preparation, respectively based on the final repairing material. |
