PURPOSE:To improve the rigidity and shape holdability of a filter and to shorten the time for extraction by integrally molding a nonwoven fabric of synthetic fibers to the container, expanding its extraction part to the meshes coarser than the meshes of the lower part of a flange and specifying inter-fiber spaces. CONSTITUTION:The nonwoven fabric of the synthetic fibers having >=50% breaking elongation at 120 deg.C is integrally molded to the container. The lower part of the flange is molded to the bore smaller than the bore of the flange part. The upper part of the extraction part 3 is provided with the flange part 1 and the lower part 2 of the flange having a high fiber density and METSUKE, by which the molded filter container 10 maintaining the rigidity and shape holdability is obtd. Then, the secure mounting and stabilizing of the existing container 11 are possible even if its bore is small. The extraction part 3 is expanded to the meshes coarser than the METSUKE (unit weight) and fiber density of the synthetic fibers of the flange part 1 and the lower part 3 of the flange and the inter-fiber spacings thereof are adjusted to a 5 to 1000mum range. The pass speed of an extract liquid, such as hot water 6, is optimized while the passage of materials 5 to be extracted, such as tea, green tea or coffee powder, is prevented. |
