PURPOSE:To perform return of a production facility correctly and stably by previously memorizing return procedures of troubles generated in the past in the production facility, reading the return procedures in response to a generated trouble from a memory means, and returning the production facility following to the read return procedures. CONSTITUTION:The hardware of a system is constituted of control objective equipments 50 consisting of various sorts of devices 16, 17, 19, 40, 45, 48A, 48B, a host computer 60 against them, a CRT panel control unit 53 controlling a CRT 58 as a user interface, and a data file 56 storing various sorts of maps 101, 109, 110, and data bases 107, 111, 112. The return procedures of troubles generated in the past in the production facility are previously memorized according to the sorts of troubles. The return procedure in response to a generated trouble are read out from the memory means. Further following to the read return procedures, the production facility is returned to the condition before generation of the trouble. |
