PURPOSE:To provide the subject food freed from liver odor and excellent in nutritive value. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of liver paste, fruit juice and ginger juice is incorporated with ground tea, sugar, rice flour, yolk and water, and resultant mixture is roasted under kneading on a hot plate, and the resulting product is incorporated with parched sesame followed by further kneading into dough, which is then rolled in a sheet of dry laver, thus affording the objective processed food. |
