<p>PURPOSE:To improve recovery ratio of useful fibers by effectively carrying out maceration function and dust removing function in good balance for separating useful fibers from foreign substances. CONSTITUTION:A primary dust moving machine 8 equipped with an impeller 6 set in a dust removing chamber 4 and a discharge path 7 for raw material wherein a strainer 2 for separating useful fibers from foreign substances is laid in a closed casing 3, the casing is divided into the dust removing chamber 4 and a raw material recovery chamber 5 and a secondary dust removing machine 18 equipped with a screen basket 12 provided with a hydrofoil rotor 11 in a casing 10 different from that of the primary dust removing machine 8 wherein the case is divided into a finely selecting chamber 13 and the dust moving chamber 14 are arranged in a row, the raw material recovery chamber 5 of the primary dust removing chamber 8 is detachably connected through a communicating passageway 19 to the dust removing chamber 14 of the second dust removing machine 18. Balance between the first dust removal and the second dust removal can be readily changed and recovery ratio of useful fibers can be extremely improved.</p> |
