PURPOSE:To simplify management and handling for parts and tools by providing a cassette positioning unit, a cassette exchanging unit, or the like against an operation device, and charging or exchanging various sorts of parts and tools against the operation device according to operation procedures or a parts consuming condition. CONSTITUTION:An assembling device 1 as an operation device is provided with a robot 2 to perform an assembling operation by the use of parts and tools. Meanwhile, a cassette positioning unit 3 supplies the parts and the tools from a plurality of parts supply cassettes 4a, 4b or tool supply units 5 to the assembling device 1. A cassette exchanging unit 6 delivers and receives the respective cassettes 4a, 4b or the units 5 between itself and the cassette positioning unit 3, for the exchange of a used cassette for an unused cassette, or the exchange of another sort of parts and tools. Further the exchange of respective cassettes 4a, 4b and the units 5 is performed between a cassette stocker 7 and the cassette exchanging unit 6, through a remote control type floor transport unit 8. |
