PURPOSE:To provide a film which gives a metal sheet laminate which is excellent in formability into a can by drawing, etc., and gives a can excellent in impact resistance and retention of the fragrance of contents. CONSTITUTION:The film is prepd. by biaxially orienting a film of a copolyester contg. a lubricant having a mean particle size of 2.5mum or lower. The copolyester has an [eta] of 0.5-0.7, an m.p. of 210-245 deg.C, and a second-order transition point of 60 deg.C or higher and is prepd. from a dicarboxylic acid component comprising 80-95mol% terephthalic acid and 5-20mol% isophthalic acid, a glycol component mainly comprising ethylene glycol, and a tricarboxylic or higher acid and/or a trihydric or higher alcohol in a specified amt. |
