PRODUCTION OF CARBON FIBER-REINFORCED CARBON COMPOSITE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material suitable in the aerospace field such as nose corn or lifting edge of a going and returning spacecraft requiring a complicated shape or for production of brakes and interior materials of high-temperature furnace. CONSTITUTION:In production of a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material by burning a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic in a high-temperature inert atmosphere, the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic has carbon fiber precursor yarn having an adjusted carbonization ratio or woven fabric or prepreg prepared by using the carbon fiber precursor yarn having an adjusted carbonization ratio as a reinforcing material.
