PURPOSE:To completely and integratedly connect a door trim main body and a buffer body to each other so as to prevent separation at the time of transport and assembling by molding a buffer material of polyurethane foam integratedly with a base material in a desired position of a door trim. CONSTITUTION:An undiluted solution of hard polyurethane foam is charged on a cavity surface of a lower mold 12, a glass mat 2 is placed thereon, and an upper mold 11 is closed to foam the solution to fill the cavity. In this case, in a cavity surface of the upper mold 11 a recessed part 1 is formed in advance, wherein the undiluted solution of hard polyurethane foam is foamed to form a buffer material 4. Foam fills the cavity formed by the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12 and the recessed part 1 so as to form the buffer material 4 and a door trim base material of foam simultaneously. Since a buffer body is thus integratedly connected to a door trim, separation between both members is never caused and therefore workability in door assembling is extremely excellent. |
