POLYETHER ESTER-TYPE BINDER FIBER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a polyether ester-type binder fiber easily formable in the form of fiber and giving a polyester fiber-based cushioning material having soft feeling and resistant to settling. CONSTITUTION:The binder fiber contains a composition produced by adding 0.6-2wt.% of inorganic fine particles to a polyether ester-type block copolymer having a melting point of 130-180 deg.C and containing a hard segment consisting of a polyester composed mainly of a polyalkylene terephthalate and a soft segment consisting of a polyalkylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 500-5,000. The above composition accounts for >=50% of the surface of the binder fiber.
