PURPOSE:To obtain a method of packing fried bean curd, eliminating oil removal by steaming which has heretofore been carried out, extracting air in fried bean curd because of removal of air in a container and sealing, slightly deforming fried bean curd into a flat state to give a not bulky packed style in opening a container, taking out fried bean curd and cooking. CONSTITUTION:Fried bean curd 1 produced by a conventional method and water are stored in a flat container made of a synthetic resin having air tightness, air in the container is removed and the container is sealed. The fried bean curd 1 is deformed into a flat state thinner than at the time of production and thermally sterilized. |
