PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing a wrapped food, capable of excellently producing a wrapped food having a flexible outer skin such as filling-containing pie dough according to the rolling forming method and to provide an apparatus therefor. CONSTITUTION:One invention is a wrapped food production method characteristically carried out by wrapping a filling material in an outer skin material having a sheet shape, a cylindrical shape, etc., mutually bonding the outer skin materials at a suitable part and rolling the resultant wrapped food in a state where the bonded part does not exist on a rolling axis passing through the central part of the food. The other invention is a wrapped food production apparatus characteristically equipped with a filling machine for feeding the outer skin material so as to form a cylindrical shape, filling the inside of the cylindrical outer skin material with the filling material, cutting the cylindrical outer skin material to a prescribed length, mutually bonding both the end parts and preparing a wrapped food, with a rolling unit for rolling and forming the food in the vertical and/or right and left direction and with a position correcting unit for correcting the position of the food so as to roll the food prepared through the filling unit by the rolling unit in a state where the bonded part at both the end parts of the food does not exist on a rolling axis passing through the central part of the food. |
