摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide an electrostatic paper feeding device and the manufacture of its revolution moving bodies which do not jam paper or adversely affect as latent image formed on a photoreceptor, but can keep carrying-force inexpensively stable. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the surface base material 10 of a carrying belt is chemically etched so as to be formed into a fine irregularity shape, coating material in an urethane series is injected out of a nozzle N, and its spray is applied thereto so as to be hardened, so that a resin layer in an urethane series 11 is thereby formed. the fine distribution of two kinds of resin which are separately positioned in an electrification rank, is formed over the surface of the carrying belt by exposing the fine irregularity sections of the surface base material 10 over the surface of the resin layer in an urethane series 11 with its surface ground, positive and negative static electricity is changed over the belt by means of friction with a charging brush, so that only the uppermost sheet out of piled up sheets is attracted so as to be carried downward.</p>
