<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for a superior aggregate of high strength and without generating a problem such as elution of a harmful substance by using a rubbish burnt ash as main raw material and solidifying the ash with cement. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous solution of 500g citric acid dissolved in 20 liter water is added to rubbish butnt ash of 1000kg and agitated continuously to generate aluminum hydroxide on the surface of aluminum to be contained. Aqueous solution of 700g water glass, cement of 400kg, a water decreasing agent of 3 litters and crushed sand of 500kg are added to the treated rubbish burnt ash and kneaded for approximately 5 minutes and dried in a drier so that the water is contained by 10% or less. Then grains of spherical shape of 10mm diameter are prepared by a granulating press of 2.5ton/cm<2>, and then water spray curing is carried out for 100 hours and successively natural curing is carried out for 10 days or more.</p> |
