<p>PURPOSE:To furnish a bonding method of a thermoplastic sheet to a wire net (hereinafter called a metal lath). CONSTITUTION:In regard to a method wherein pressure rollers 2 and 3 are provided above and below a metal lath 1 and thermoplastic sheets 4 and 5 are so supplied as to come into contact with the upper and lower sides of the metal lath 1 and bonded onto the surface and the rear of the metal lath 1 by the pressure rollers 2 and 3, a bonding method of the thermoplastic sheets 4 and 5 to the metal lath 1 wherein electrode rollers 8 and 9 provided at an interval before the pressure rollers 2 and 3 are brought into contact with the metal lath 1 and a voltage is applied between these electrode rollers 8 and 9 to heat the metal lath 1 by an electric heat. According to this method, bonding between the sheet and the metal lath 1 and between the metal lath 1 and the sheet is complete, a face-shaped heater and an electric heating mat manufactured by this method are free from exfoliation even when they are subjected to bending deformation repeatedly, and they are made products being free from an electric shock and an electric leakage.</p> |
