<p>PURPOSE:To provide a transport device wherein space in a building can be effectively utilized to also enable a user to move to an objective floor under a comfortable environment. CONSTITUTION:A cage 14 is moved along a guide rail 12 arranged along the periphery of a building 10. A user gets on/off the cage 14 from the building 10 to pass through an on/off getting station. Consequently, necessity for providing a lift well for lifting the cage 14 in the building 10 is eliminated, and by providing a window in the cage 14, since the user can move to an objective floor while looking over an outside scene, a comfortable environment can be presented to the user as compared with an elevator cage placed in a secret room condition.</p> |
