摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To complete the change of a setting quickly and accurately when the setting of a working condition is changed in the course of a continuous working such as temper rolling. CONSTITUTION:A target rolling load necessary to obtain a target elongation percentage after the change of a rolling condition is predicted and enumerated by an arithmetic unit 20 for a rolling load predictor, the accuracy of prediction which can set the rolling load actually and directly is derived from a past rolling result and the setting method of the rolling condition is selected by an optimum control method deciding device 21 according to the variation of this prediction accuracy. For example, when the predictive accuracy is high, feedback control is stopped, a command for changing the load is outputted directly to a rolling load controller 7 and when the predictive accuracy is low, the command for changing the target value of the feedback control and continuing the feedback control is outputted to the rolling load controller 7 through an elongation percentage controller 9 to perform rolling control.</p>
