PURPOSE:To provide a pneumatic tire formed of a block pattern making block rigidity compatible with drain performance. CONSTITUTION:The tread 1 is provided with main grooves 2 extended in the tire circumferential direction, and auxiliary grooves 3 extended in the tire width direction so as to form a number of blocks 4 divided by these main grooves 2 and auxiliary grooves 3. In such a pneumatic tire, the walls of the blocks 4 on both sides divided at least by the auxiliary grooves 3 are provided with bar or dot like protruding parts 5, 6 with curved faces on the upper faces thereof, in plane symmetry to a plane passing the groove width center of the auxiliary groove 3. |
