PURPOSE:To obtain a new salt composition replaceable with conventional salt (sodium chloride) for preventing excessive intake of salt (sodium chloride) and taking balanced minerals and to produce seasoning (fermented soybean paste, say sauce, etc.) by using the salt composition. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. mixture comprising 30-75wt.% salt and 25-70wt.% potassium chloride is blended with 5-60 pts.wt. citrate to give a functional salt composition. |
