PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having excellent weather resistance, impact resistance and moldability by compounding a thermoplastic resin with a specific amount of a specific impact modifier having multi-layer structure composed of three or more layers. CONSTITUTION:The composition is composed of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin and (B) 3-50 pts.wt. of an impact modifier produced by compounding (i) 100 pts.wt. of a multi-layer graft copolymer composed of 60-100wt.% of an alkyl acrylate, 0-40wt.% of an alkyl methacrylate, 0-40wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound and 0-20wt.% of a vinyl cyanide compound, consisting of three or more layers having glass transition temperatures of <=0 deg.C at the outermost layer and the 3rd layer and >=60>=C at the 2nd layer from the outermost layer and containing 0-5wt.% of polyfunctional crosslinking agent in each layer with (ii) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a copolymer composed of 3-30wt.% of an unsaturated acid monomer and 97-70wt.% of a vinyl monomer. |
