PURPOSE:To provide an electronic circuit device wherein constantly reliable bonding at a terminal part is carried out and there is no fear of reliability being reduced owing to the occurrence of defective connection when the device is applicable for an ignition circuit for an automobile. CONSTITUTION:An electronic circuit device has a mold case housing 11 wherein a metallic base 5 on which a circuit element base sheet 4 is arranged is provided and a terminal part 2 for connecting a bonding wire is integrally formed in a state to contain at least a part of the metallic base 5. In the electronic circuit device, a gap part 16 is provided between the part 11P, where the terminal part 2 is formed, of the mould case housing 11 and the surface of the metallic base 5. Since the gap part 16 is provided, ultrasonic waves are not transmitted to an unstable contact part, being situated between a mold member 11P located to the lower part of the terminal part 2 and the metallic base 5, but transmitted to the whole of the mold case housing 11, and a constantly stable bonding result is produced. |
