PURPOSE:To provide a composition composed of a thermoplastic resin and a specific impact modifier at a specific ratio and having excellent impact resistance and moldability. CONSTITUTION:The composition is composed of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin and (B) 3-50 pts.wt. of an impact modifier obtained by compounding (i) 100 pts.wt. of a multi-layer graft copolymer containing 0-5wt.% of a crosslinking agent and composed of a butadiene elastomer comprising >=50wt.% of butadiene, etc., and <=50wt.% of a vinyl compound, and having two or more graft layers with (ii) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a copolymer composed of 3-30wt.% of an unsaturated acid monomer and 97-70wt.% of a vinyl monomer. The multi- layer graft copolymer is composed of monomers such as alkyl acrylate, alkyl methacrylate, aromatic vinyl compound, butadiene, etc., each layer of the copolymer contains 0-5wt.% of the crosslinking agent, the glass transition temperature of the polymer constituting the outermost layer is <=0 deg.C and that of the 2nd layer is >=60 deg.C. |
