PURPOSE:To enhance bonding properties and wraparound properties to the lower rear face, and apply a device to a product of complicated appearance and shape by forming an opening on the side of a base placing jig with a placing face of width narrower than the bottom face shape of a molding base and forming a ventilation passage on a vent hole formed all over the placing face through a suction bed. CONSTITUTION:Air feeding and exhausting ports 16 and 26 for feeding and exhausting air are formed on the side face of a base side chamber 21. A base placing jig 18 for supporting and fixing a molding base 1 is mounted on the upper face central section of a suction bad 22. The base placing jig 18 is, for example, a woody molded product such as MDF with permeable properties, and when the molding base 1 is disposed, the dimension of the placing face is the size to be placed on the bottom face of the molding base 1. An opening is opened on the side periphery of the placing face, and a plurality of ventilation passages 20 of vertical channel shape are formed to be connected with through- holes 25 formed all over from the placing face side through the suction bad 22. |
