PURPOSE: To make it possible to get the discharged humor a direct contact with the odor inhibitor by arranging polymer in a non-continuous pattern over at least one of the first/second major surfaces of a cloth and by having the polymer adhere to the odor inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: The unwoven cloth 12 is loaded onto the conveyer belt from a roll-out roll 1. Having this unwoven cloth 12 pass through under the screen printer 3 feeds plastisol to be adhered in a small dot pattern onto the top surface 12a of the cloth 12. The cloth applied with wet plastisol passes then through under the fine powder distributor 5, whereby fine particles of sodium bicarbonate are adhered onto the top surface 12a of the cloth 12 to be adhered to the wet plastisol. Subsequently, it is then brought to pass through under the infrared hardener 7, resulting in obtaining a discontinuous pattern of polymer, the odor inhibitor of sodium bicarbonate being adhered onto the top surface 20b of the finished unwoven cloth 20. |
