<p>PURPOSE:To provide the constitution of the vessel by which a temperature distribution of heated food becomes small, in the case the food is heated by a high frequency. CONSTITUTION:On the bottom face 2 consisting of a plane of a high frequency heating vessel 1, a projecting part 4 consisting of a square is provided so that its corner 7 roughly comes into contact with a borderline 8 of the side face 5 of the vessel 1 and the bottom face 2. Also, this vessel is constituted by providing a projecting part 3 of 10mm high in the vicinity of the center of the upper face plane part of the projecting part 4 consisting of a square. According to this constitution, when a shrimp pilaf is heated by a high frequency, a temperature of the shirimp pilaf is within a range of 70-90 deg.C.</p> |
