<p>The present invention provides a class of compounds, useful as gasoline detergent additives, comprising hydrocarbyloxypolyether allophonate esters of 2-hydroxy ethane. These allophonate esters can be represented by the formula: <CHEM> where R is a C9 - C25 alkyl group, R<1> is a C2 to C4 oxyalkylene group, m is 0 or 1, and n is a number between 5 and 30.</p> |
