<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compsn. which is excellent in adhesion to an unwashed, untreated polyolefin molding and can form a uniform, transparent coating film l using, as the main component, a resin obtd. by grafting a radical-polymerizable monomer onto a specific oxidatively degraded polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. contains, as the main component, a resin obtd. by grafting a radical-polymerizable monomer onto an oxidatively degraded polyolefin which has an acid value of 1-20mgKOH/g and a wt.-average mol.wt. of 1,000-20,000, is excellent in solubility in an org. solvent, and is obtd. by thermal melting a propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer contg. at least 50mol% propylene units, adding an org. peroxide to the molten copolymer to reduce it, and reacting it further with an oxidizing agent under agitation and heating.</p> |
