PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize well-defined projected and recessed pattern on the surface of uncured fiber reinforced inorganic plate material, the quality of which makes it hard to realize well-defined projected and recessed pattern with a press. CONSTITUTION:Cement compounded slurry mainly made of cement containing a large amount of C2S, which is finely ground so as to have average particle diameter of 5-10mum, is fed on a casting mold surface having a projected and recessed mold surface. Then, plate-shaped inorganic plate material is placed on the slurry layer so as to cure the material and layer as they are in order to complete the process for manufacturing the plate concerned under the condition that the physical properties of the surface projected and recessed patterned layer itself is also improved through the improved adhesion between the cement particles in the surface layer and the inorganic plate, which serves as base material due to its component. |
