PURPOSE:To provide an in vivo diagnostic and treatment instrument having the capability of ensuring less invasion, accurately determining an affected part, and performing an efficient operation. CONSTITUTION:A probe 1 to be inserted in an organism is inserted in a peritoneal cavity, and an ultrasonic diagnose is undertaken using an ultrasonic probe. A tomographic image available from the diagnose is displayed on the monitor section 110 of an ultrasonic diagnostic device 100, together with a guideline showing the pricking direction of a laser pricking probe 10. A grip section is operated to change the turning angle of an end section 5, and adjustment is so made that the guideline shown on the screen of the monitor section 110 intersects an affected part 50. Then, the affected part 50 is pricked with the probe 10 and a laser beam is thereby irradiated for treatment. |
