OPERATING PRESSURE KEEPING DEVICE OF CO2 LASER GENERATOR

The operating pressure of a carbon dioxide laser oscillator is kept constant by programs of programmable logic controller (PLC). The apparatus comprises a pressure sensor (1) for detecting internal pressure of a carbon-dioxide laser oscillator (4), a programmable logic controller (2) for controlling operation of a solenoid valve according to set value and detected pressure value, a solenoid valve (3) for controlling the amount of flowing gas, and a laser oscillator (4).
