<p>PURPOSE:To continuously read data, to achieve a high speed access, and to improve the use efficiency of a data bus. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal address X is arranged on the least significant bit(LSB) side and a vertical address Y on the most signified fit(MBS) side on a picture image. In allocating the horizontal address X and vertical address Y to a column address C on the LSB side of a synchronous type DRAM and a row address R on the MSB side, respectively, a bank switching address BS is located within the BS allocation range between the most significant bit of the horizontal address X and the least significant bit of a row address R.</p> |
