PURPOSE:To perform an automatic playing process and an effect adding process at the same time by constituting an effect adding device and an automatic playing processor in one body. CONSTITUTION:A ROM 2, a RAM 3, a timer 4, an A/D converter 6, a MIDI interface 7, a sound source circuit 8, a digital signal processor(DSP) 9, a muting circuit 11, a sound volume control circuit 13, a switch detecting circuit 15, and a display circuit 16 are connected to a CPU 1 which controls the whole processor through a data and address bus 19. Here, the CPU 1 performs the effect adding process and automatic playing process by itself. Namely, musical performance data are read out in sequence to perform the automatic playing process corresponding to the musical performance data and alterations of specification data are indicated corresponding to alteration data read out as the automatic playing process advances. Therefore, effects specified with the specification data after the alterations are given to a musical sound signal which is inputted from outside. |
