<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of a device by forming gears at both reel flange outer peripheral parts of supply side and winding side and providing an opening part where gears are engaged with gears to be driven from the outside of a cassette case, on the cassette case. CONSTITUTION:The gears 15 and 16 formed at the flanges of a supply reel 13 and a winding reel 14 are engaged with reel driving gears 2 and 3 and the driving power is transmitted, then a tape is supplied or wound. Also, when the tape cassette is ejected from a VTR, an action reversed to an action at the time of loading is executed. At this time, a cassette lid comes into contact with a roller 41 and moved back to a closed position, then the lid is locked. Consequently, the height of a device is conventionally necessitated to be higher than the twice of the thickness of the tape cassette, but in such a case, the thickness of the device is smaller than 1.5 times of the thickness of the tape cassette 30 and the whole device is made thin.</p> |
