<p>PURPOSE:To provide a cylinder device capable of lowering friction resistance at the time of traveling of a magnetic tape and drastically decreasing the wear of the magnetic tape and cylinder for a VTR for which the cylinder device made of a plastic is used. CONSTITUTION:This cylinder device 10 is formed of a plastic resin 60 compounded with a filler 70. This filler 70 is constituted of a material higher in at least either hardness or sliding characteristic than the plastic resin 60. The cylinder device 10 is so formed as to expose the filler 70 on the cylinder surface 50.</p> |
