METHOD FOR REGENERATING FINE POWDER OF TONER

PURPOSE:To provide the method for regenerating the fine powder of toners which is simplified in regeneration stages and is improved in production efficiency by omitting a solidifying (9) stage by a briquetting (8) machine and is lessened in the influence of heat by minimizing heating. CONSTITUTION:The fine powder toners D are uniformly sprinkled and incorporated into the intermediate products of the toners after a kneading stage and the fine powder toners D are dissolved by the heat retained in the intermediate products of the toners; thereafter, the toners are regenerated to the toners C for the products having prescribed grain sizes or above by cooling-pulverizing stages in the process for production of the toners consisting in producing the toners by subjecting raw materials for the toners to compounding (1)-mixing (2)-kneading (3)-cooling (4)-pulverizing (6), then classifying (7) the toners to the toners C for the products having the prescribed grain sizes or above and the fine powder toners D having the grain sizes below these grain sizes.
