The trolley has, in its lower part, pivoting wheels (5) and a support (10) which is able to be supported on the ground (2). This facilitates tipping the trolley along an axis parallel to an edge (6). The pivoting axis (8) of the wheel supports (7) is moved forward towards the centre of the base (4) relative to the support (10) in a direction perpendicular to the edge (6).When the trolley rests on the wheels (5), the support (10) is a small distance from the ground (2) and define a plane perpendicular to the ground containing the rotational axis (9) of the pivoting wheels (5). These are then oriented perpendicular to the edge (6).
