Vegetable slicing screw

The device comprises a handle (1) in which is fixed a threaded pointed shaft on which slides a blade (4). It has at one end a bolt (3) which slides on the threaded shaft. At the other end the device is provided a movable button (6) which allows the blade to be turned by hand and the rotation of the blade cuts the vegetable in the axis of the threaded shaft (2). The threaded shaft (2) is fixed in a sleeve of plastics material and the movable blade (4) slides by rotation manually along the length of the threaded shaft (2).
