PURPOSE: To provide an effective allocation method of the processing time for a mobile service center and a base station of a mobile radio telephone system. CONSTITUTION: In a mobile radio telephone system, the sending quality of a call under progression is monitored by monitoring the parameter showing the sending quality, evaluating the sending quality based on the measured parameter and evaluating repetitively the sending quality based on the parameter at the time interval varying based on the previous evaluation result. In fact, the call under progression is divided into various classes based on the sending quality, that is, a certain class must be frequently monitored and other classes must not be monitored so frequently. Furthermore, the waiting time needed for the call monitoring can be individually decided on a cell base. |
