PURPOSE:To equalize gas reaction through the entire surface of a generation film, to increase the reaction efficiency, and also to equalize the temperature distribution by flowing gases generated on a cathode side and an anode side through entrances mounted symmetrically to the right and the left while the gases are opposed to each other and diffused. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cathode side gas exhaust ports 26 are opened to a cathode side exhaust manifold 22, while a plurality of anode side gas input ports 27 are opened an anode side gas input manifold 23. Anode side gas exhaust ports 28 are similarly opened to an anode side gas exhaust manifold 24 while cathode side gas input ports 29 are opened to a cathode side gas input manifold 25. Terminal seal parts 32a, 32b are mounted on the upper surface in the side of a power generation part 31, and gas is only flown or exhausted from the input port 29 or the exhaust port 26. Terminal seal parts 32c, 32d are mounted on the upper surface on the side of the power generation part 31, and gas is flown or exhausted only from the exhaust port 28 or the input port 27. |
