PURPOSE:To enable plastic working and to improve piezoelectric sensitivity by composing a bismuth layer compound. CONSTITUTION:A primary molding formed by mixing a plurality of raw materials at a composition ratio to attain a bismuth layer compound is sintered into a bismuth layer compound, and bismuth layer compound powder formed by pulverizing the bismuth layer compound is mixed with piezoelectric polymer powder to form a secondary molding 1, which is heated under impression of a voltage of 1kV/mm or more. Impression of voltage during heating causes the easy polarization axis of the bismuth layer compound powder and that of the piezoelectric polymer to orientate in a direction of voltage impression, so that sensitivity is improved markedly by synergetic effect. |
