PURPOSE:To make production and assembly simple, rapid and easy and to avoid an increase in cost by applying pressing force to a position holding member to plastically deform this member, thereby positioning and holding an optical member. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 1 is made of a stainless steel and is a box shape having a plane circular box shape having the aperture at the top end and is bored with a hole 1a passing a laser beam at the center of a base part. The position holding member 2 is laid on the inside wall of the bottom of the frame body 1 and the optical member E is placed on this position holding member 2. A pressing body 3 is put thereon from above and thereafter the prescribed pressing force is applied onto the pressing body 3 from an arrow direction. This pressing force acts on the bearing surface of the position holding member 2 through the optical member E and, therefore, the position holding member 2 is plastically deformed and the bottom of the optical member E is bitten atop the position holding member 2. The optical member E is, therefore, positioned and held. The fixing point 4 on the outer periphery of the pressing body 3 is thereafter bonded and fixed to the frame body 1 by laser welding. |
