PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and the external appearance by eliminating deflection or deformation of the net. CONSTITUTION:A striplike net 1 made of a woven or nonwoven fabric mainly using a polyester and wound as a roll is moved intermittently on an upper surface of an arrow marked paper 2 made of a thermoplastic and a hot plate press 3 heated to 200-300 deg.C falls down at the time of stop to heat and press the net 1 to the paper 2 by which the net 1 is thermally molten. In the next process, the circumference part of the paper 2 of the net 1 is fixed by 1st and 2nd net fixing fixtures 4a, 4b and a cut blade die 5 falls down to cut on the paper 2 at the inner side by 0.2-1.0mm from the outer circumferential part of the paper 2. A recessed groove corresponding to the cut shape of the net 1 is formed on the adhering surface of the net 1 is formed for the paper 2 and a blade 5a of the cut blade die 5 is fallen down to the recessed groove at the time of cutting to cut the net 1. |
