<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process for production which less generates fine powder, is good in production efficiency and is economically advantageous by pulverizing toner raw materials by an impact type pulverizing machine having a specific pulverizing section after crushing. CONSTITUTION:The toner raw materials are first mixed and the mixture is kneaded and extruded by a melt extruder, etc., to a plate shape. The planar raw materials are then cooled to solidify. A binder resin and coloring agents are used as the essential components of the toner are first crushed by a crushing machine, such as hammer type crushing machine. The materials are then pulverized by the pulverizing machine having the specific pulverizing section 4. Namely, the materials are pulverized by the pulverizing machine provided with the pulverizing section 4 formed by a rotor 1 which is supported by a horizontal revolving shaft 2 and has many projections 3 along the generator of the outer side surface and a stator 6 which is fitted to the rotor 1 by providing a slight spacing therebetween and has many projections 5 along the generator of the inner side surface.</p> |
