PURPOSE:To provide a magnetizing head which can prevent dielectric breakdown due to a repulsive force of a conductor coil at the time of feed and can also be used for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:Disk type spacers 8 made of ceramic material are arranged at both end faces of a cylindrical yoke 1 which is the body of a magnetizing head, those obtained by inserting a conductor coil 4 formed of a silver wire or copper wire through a tubler member 9 of ceramic material are provided through the grooves 3 between projected means 2 formed within the internal surface of yoke and the tubler members 9 are projected to the outside through the holes previously formed on the spacers 8. Thereby, since electric insulation between the yoke and conductor coils is assured with the ceramic tubler members, a melted conductor such as silver or copper can be adopted or a brazed connecting means can also be adopted as the connecting means at the end portion of the conductor coil. Therefore, dielectric breakdown due to a coil repulsive force at the time of feed can be prevented. |
