PURPOSE:To accommodate a fine circuit in connection and absorb the irregularity of a gap between opposed circuit terminals by having conductive particles including particles with metal coatings given to the surface of polymeric core materials and metal particles with lower hardness and larger size. CONSTITUTION:An anisotropic conductive film that conductive particles are dispersed in insulation adhesive resin has the conductive particles including metal coating particles 3 with metal coatings 2 given to the surface of polymeric core materials 1 and metal particles 4 with lower hardness and larger size. In this case, the hardness, size and content of the particle 4, if having lower hardness and larger size than the particle 3, are not limited in special but the optimum values are selected on the basis of the pitch of a circuit terminal to be connected and the thickness irregularity. For the particle 3, the core material l of one type or two or more types combined among polymers such as epoxy resin, urethane resin and melamine resin is used. As a result, the aeolotropic conductive film accommodates a fine circuit in connection and absorbs the irregularity of a gap between opposed circuit terminals. |
