PURPOSE:To smoothly switch radio service zones for busy radio telephone sets in a concerned node or between different nodes, to shorten connection time to the radio telephone sets and to keep the security during talking. CONSTITUTION:An exchange main controller 1-1 stores all data such as a talking channel of radio telephone sets connected through radio line controllers 4-1-4-M, position information, identification number and data conversion type or the like. When a new radio telephone set is connected to a public line network 6, a talking channel without crosstalk with close zones is selected by the control of a radio line controller 4 in a zone whose electric field level is a prescribed level or over and the network is connected to the radio telephone set by using a data conversion type different from each connection. Furthermore, the electric field level of the radio section in talking is detected by plural radio line controllers 4 and when the electric field level is lowered, the other radio line controller 4 in the concerned node or other node having an electric field level over the prescribed level is selected to continue the talking control. |
