The automatic installation (1) for lubricating parts (2) has a lubrication head (5) and a jack (6) or a piston and shaft (10). This assures the displacement of the head between two positions. The installation also has a body (11) crossed by the shaft which houses the piston (9) and two blocks (13,14). A pipe (19) delivers the lubricating substance to the head (5) and complementary elements (21a,21b) preserve the continuity of the pipe (19) towards the head.
