<p>PURPOSE:To control noise and vibration which tend to be generated during feed of liquid at a high pressure, by providing a cylindrical body attached to a pipe line for feeding liquid and by attaching an orifice plate formed therein with a plurality of orifices, to the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid control device 1, a cylindrical body 2 made of steel is divided at a position which is slightly shifted from the center thereof toward one end thereof, and several orifices plates 10 each formed with a plurality of orifices 11, are welded and attached to the divided body parts in the vicinity of their one end. Further, the divided parts are welded one another so as to form a connection part 3, and flanges 4 are welded to opposite ends of the cylindrical body 2. In such a liquid control device, when liquid flows through the cylindrical body 2, the liquid is dispersed by the orifices 11, and the energy thereof is decreased when it passes through the orifices 11, and the stream thereof is straightened, thereby it is possible to suppress noise and vibration.</p> |
