PURPOSE:To provide the electric leakage prevention device for an underwater speaker in which electric leakage is detected by a sensor to cut-off a driving signal to a speaker circuit and to inform the occurrence of the electric leakage. CONSTITUTION:Signal lines L1, L2 with a voltage impressed from a bias voltage source are connected to a speaker circuit 5 in a sealed container 1. A sensor 6 is provided to the speaker circuit 5 closely thereto. When a sensing circuit S senses electric leakage by a current flowing through water between the speaker circuit 5 and the sensor 6, a circuit breaker C disconnects the speaker circuit 5 from the signal lines L1, L2 and an informing device W informs the occurrence of electric leakage by blinking of light emitting diode LED. |
